Charting Tick Sizes and stop loss settings, eminis, forex futures, index?

Hi
I have started trading eminis, forex index’s futures.

On the charts there is a setting for the chart tick size, ER2 Emini russell is 89 ticks for instance, I need to know what the other recommended tick sizes are for all the other most popular charts, anyone know of a list somewhere with this information?

Also a higher number of ticks is necessary to avoid getting stopped out too quickly, anybody know recommended stop loss tick sizes on different markets?
